Why replace Judas?

1.    Twelve tribes of Israel

2.    Jesus chose twelve

3.    The number needed to be complete prior to Pentecost

Replacement qualifications:

1.    Man

2.    Must have been with Jesus from beginning to end

3.    Chosen by God
